If like me, you can be prone to feeling anxious from intrusive thoughts, I have found that a generous dollop of pure daftness can act as an effective antidote.
I have therefore created a blog to try and help anyone who may get stuck in anxiety.
In some of my darkest and most anxious times I have noticed that observing something that is just really, really silly can often break the negative momentum.
To anyone who this resonates with, I really hope it helps and good luck with getting your own dragon on it's back, once and for all.
